Uniforms are basically the same and do not vary
a great deal. These are designed to specifically represent a set of people
working together in a department or area and they ensure consistency in work
and standardization. Distinction is prominent in all stages of life. These are

The chef
aprons are considered to be very useful for keeping the chef's clothes clean
and also to protect the chef from the heat of the cooking. These were generally

the hat worn by the chef serves different purposes. The basic purpose is to

customers. These hats are always white in color and are designed in a way which
helps to reflect the rank of the chef. The height and the pleats help to define
the seniority of the chef among all the other chefs. They are available in free
sizes and have an elastic fit to adjust on any head. Many restaurants put their
logos on the hats to give a personalized and appealing look.
There is a
little bit of variation in the clothing attire in restaurants and hotel uniforms.
The difference is between different sections holding different positions and
responsibilities in the hotel. The uniforms are designed differently for front
end help, valets and other employees working under different sections. The
important aspect which is considered while designing an attire is to follow the
same style, color and pattern to develop a sense of uniformity among the team
members.
